Biography
T.M. Nicholas (b. 1963)

T. M. Nicholas was born in Rockport, Massachusetts in 1963. He studied privately with his father, Tom Nicholas, NA, AWS, and with John Terelak at the Gloucester Academy of Art, as well as at the Montserrat School of Art, and in workshops with noted California artists: Jade Fon, Morris Shubin, Millard Sheets and George Gibson.

 

He has received over 100 awards from 1981 to the present, including several Gold and Silver medals.  He is a juried member of several prestigious art organizations including the Guild of Boston Artists, The Allied Artists of America, New England Watercolor Society, The Rockport Art Association & Museum, and the North Shore Arts Association.  His work is highly sought after and is held in many public and private collections.
